Digital Printing Process

Digital technology has made it possible for us to offer hundreds of our wildlife and dog images for sale in the form of fine art prints. Prints are created from either original transparences or digital files using the highest quality Lucia inks and premium photo paper. The prints are Archival Quality, and under normal display conditions they will retain their color and vibrancy for over 70 years.

Shipping Information

Since prints are printed on demand, please allow about 14 working days for shipping. If you need a print by a certain date, please indicate this when placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All prints are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure that they arrive safely. However if your package arrives damaged, make a claim with the shipper and then give us a call so we can determine the necessary action for replacement.

Returns

If your order is not correct or if you are unsatisfied with it in any way, please contact us with your name, order number and a phone number. We will then contact you to resolve the situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the watermark appear my print as it appears on the website?
No, the watermark is for copyright protection only and will not appear on the prints.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can make arrangements to ship overseas. Please contact us with your complete address and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.

I would like to order a print of a certain image, but no print information is listed with that image. Can I still order a print?
Yes, we can special order a print of any image you see on the website. Just send us an email with the image number and the size print you would like to order, and we will contact you with a price quote and a time estimate for processing the order.

Can I order a print already matted and framed?
Currently we are able to offer unframed prints only, but we are hoping to add a framing option later this year.
